Friendly and professional service

Friendly and professional service. I was not sure what type of car I wanted to hire and they gave several suggestions of cars to hire. On the day they were going to supply a Golf Estate but upgraded me to a VW Passat estate with all the extras. The car was brand new in excellent condition, very clean. I would recommend them to anyone searching for a car hire in Gloucester and am looking forward to using them again.

I hired a van from Fleetway Rentals when I moved house after hearing their advert on the radio. Their prices were really really good and I thought what’s the catch?….Well I can tell you there wasn’t one. I was greeted by a professional well run office where the staff knew what they were doing, how refreshing! I inspected the van and was very impressed, it was less than a year old and it was immaculate! I was relieved as I thought this might be where they let themselves down, but they didn’t. All the important details about payment, refuelling, return time for the van etc were explained to me very well by the lady on the desk and so I could actually understand it, no jargon! Well done Fleetway, definitely a returning customer here!
